1. HOW LONG DOES THE POCKET SMOKE FILTER LAST BEFORE I NEED TO REPLACE IT?

Answer: Generally the Pocket Smoke Filter lasts for app. 1000 cigarettes, or about two months of use. It depends, of course, on how often you use the Pocket Smoke Filter, the intensity of the aroma of the tobacco you are smoking and the overall care of the product. But most of our customers feel they need to purchase a replacement unit every 2-3 months or so for 100% guaranteed smoke and odor elimination.

2. IF I ORDER ONE TODAY HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE TO ME?

Answer: Most orders are sent out within two days after we receive your payment, and shipped either First Class Mail or Priority Mail at our discretion. Either way it should take 2 - 3 days to arrive after we ship, for a total of 3 - 6 days from when we receive your order to when you receive your package.

Please Note: During the Christmas holiday season delivery may take up to 10 days.

3. DOES THE POCKET SMOKE FILTER REALLY WORK OR IS THIS JUST A SCAM?

Answer: This is a typical question until someone actually tries the amazing Pocket Smoke Filter. It’s a question I had myself – until I used it just once! I know it seems almost unbelievable – a product that captures ALL smoke and odors without leaving ANY traces in the air. But it does work, we promise – or your money back. You simply have to try one to be convinced. But like everyone else who has bought one you will love this product and, hopefully, tell all your friends.

4. HOW DOES THE POCKET SMOKE FILTER ACTUALLY WORK?

Answer: The Pocket Smoke Filter is a remarkably clever device that captures and stores ALL smoke that’s exhaled into it. Once the smoke goes in, it hits our patent-pending filtration system, gets absorbed, then stays inside the unit forever. And because of the force of the exhale, no remnant smoke or odors leave the opening. You can smell the unit seconds after using it and not smell anything! After awhile (see question 1) the filtration system becomes full and another Pocket Smoke Filter must be purchased.

5. HOW DURABLE IS THE POCKET SMOKE FILTER?

Answer: The Pocket Smoke Filter is a very sturdy invention. With reasonable care (i.e., don’t smash it on the ground or anything) your unit should remain unscathed for the life of the product (see above).

6. IS THE POCKET SMOKE FILTER WATER RESISTANT?

Answer: Yes! I’ve left my unit out in the rain for hours and then later simply wiped away the excess water from the outside and the inside of the opening. It worked just fine! The only issue is that water itself is very heavy so even after you dry it off the unit may seem a bit heavier due to the condensation that has formed inside the guts of the product. But don’t worry – it still works!

7. CAN I SHARE MY POCKET SMOKE FILTER WITH A GROUP?

Answer: Yes. The opening in the Pocket Smoke Filter is a specially-treated plastic that does not absorb saliva, sweat or any other material so the unit is safe to “share”. It’s actually perfect for large or small groups of people to use, not just one person. But many feel that, if they are going to use the product with a lot of people, it’s best to purchase more than one so sharing is easier.

8. WILL THE POCKET SMOKE FILTER ACTUALLY FIT IN MY ‘POCKET’?

Answer: That depends on the size of your pockets! If you wear baggy pants then it is possible to fit a Pocket Smoke Filter in your pocket. But generally, when we say ‘Pocket’ we’re including backpacks, briefcases and bags in that description. In this case, ‘Pocket’ means ‘Portable’ as well as ‘Pocket’.

9. I’M PAYING FOR ‘DISCREET HANDLING’. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Answer: Many people want to protect their privacy for many reasons. Therefore, we send out our Pocket Smoke Filters in a plain white box. There is nothing to indicate that you are purchasing a smoking accessory. Also: We use heavy weight, durable packing and boxes to ensure that your unit arrives in perfect condition and ready-to-use. There’s nothing about buying a Pocket Smoke Filter that will “give you away”, and that’s valuable.

10. IF MY UNIT IS DAMAGED WILL YOU REFUND MY MONEY?

Answer: Yes. All orders are returnable if damaged. We will replace your unit and send you out another at no charge, though this is highly unlikely.
